I've been a technical writer since 2009, with a specific focus on end-to-end user experiences, UX writing, API documentation, and customer communication.
Over the course of my career, I've worked my way from standard technical documentation tasks to book authoring, video content, API documentation, and writing with a UX focus. By focusing on the end-to-end user experience (from the user interface to external content), we can provide a better product and focus more on delivering unique content beyond procedures, pointing, and clicking. I believe that technical content should never be a Band-Aid for poor design, and I work hard to ensure that both UX and external content are represented equally in what I do. I love learn new skills and keep up with the latest trends in technical communication to ensure that our users can access useful technical content in the ways that work best for them.
